Job Summary:
The Senior Representative, Accounts Payable, is responsible for managing and processing invoice transactions, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the accounts payable ledger and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports as needed.
• Monitor and improve accounts payable processes and workflows.
• Support audits by providing documentation and answering queries.
• Maintain and update vendor records in the financial system.

Qualifications:

• Experience in processing invoices is preferred
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• German proficiency (minimum C1 level) and English (B2 level)
