About the role
The Sales Enablement and Training Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling, administration and coordination of sales and sales enablement training. The Administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s future sales talent programs and sales enablement initiatives.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Partners with Sales Enablement Director and Sales leaders to deliver outcomes that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, activities, and meetings.
  • Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records. 
  • Manage agendas and travel arrangements, hotels, etc. for students, facilitators, and instructors.
  • Work with the Marketing team on event planning and execution, including social and charitable events.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and participants.
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite.
  • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies.
  • Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings on behalf of the Sales Enablement Director
  • Manage expenses on behalf of Sales Enablement Director and provide reports on monthly basis
  • Manage budgets and ensure spend is in line with department targets
  • Executive assistance to Sales Enablement team

 

What you have

  • 3+ years experience in an office environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Experience working as a Training Administrator, Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
  • Plans & organizes own workload.
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service.
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail
