As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will work alongside our team of world-class caregivers to deliver a safe and comfortable experience during a patient's stay. You will provide assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
A caregiver in this position works nights, 7:00pm - 7:30am / 11:00pm - 7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Your primary duties will include:
Planning, establishing, and evaluating patients for the correct type of treatment and care based on their diagnosis.
Monitoring and putting in place patient care plans with advanced monitoring techniques.
Performing advanced respiratory care modalities.
Evaluating respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcomes.

Minimum requirements for this role include:
Associate's Degree
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board licensure
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialing through the National Board for Respiratory Care
Basic Life Support (BLS) credentialing through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Minimum 1 year experience in critical care.
Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification.
Skills: active listening, collaboration, adaptability, critical thinking, accountability, independent working and receptive to feedback.
