Beasley Forest Products is recruiting a full-time Data Entry Clerk in Hazlehurst, Ga.  The qualifications and skills needed to be considered for this position include, but not limited to, Customer Service Oriented, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline Oriented, Confidentiality, Time Management, and Data Entry Management.

Responsibilities

• Generates Shipping Documentation for Domestic and Export Loads.
• Performs Data Entry.
• Ensures All Transactions are Recorded Accurately in the Company’s Database.
• Prepares and Sends Invoices to Customers.
• Communicates and Resolves Customer Issues.
• Prioritizes Work Load.
• Creates Spread Sheets for Various Functions Within the Department.
• Maintains and Organizes Records for Easy Retrieval.

Requirements

• Previous Experience Preferred.
• Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, QuickBooks, and Outlook.
• Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal, Including the Ability to Formulate Questions to Help Further Learning of Job Duties.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Bi-lingual Preferred.
• In person.
