Job Summary

Concentrix is looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing automation test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in API and UI automation using Java or C#, and hands-on experience with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and database testing is required, along with expertise in tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, and xUnit. The role involves managing defects in JIRA, Rally, HP ALM, or Azure Boards, and collaborating with teams to perform Smoke, Functional, and Regression testing. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of QA best practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Data-driven, Keyword-driven, and Agile methodologies.
• Build and execute automated test scripts for API and UI testing using Java or C#.
• Apply TDD, BDD, and CI/CD practices to improve test efficiency and integration.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for backend validation and database/ETL testing.
• Utilize automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, and xUnit.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, Rally, HP ALM, or Azure Boards.
• Collaborate with teams using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Azure Services, and Git for version control and deployment.
• Perform Smoke, Functional, and Regression testing, ensuring all critical issues are resolved prior to release.
• Contribute to QA planning, test execution, and release activities following established best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing and framework development.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and QA best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
