Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to enhance our service quality by expertly handling, organizing, and processing essential customer documents, including contracts, licenses, and applications. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to accuracy and efficiency, ensuring our customers receive high-level support in managing their paperwork and meeting compliance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Accuracy: Collect, verify, and accurately enter data from customer documents into our system, ensuring each record is correct and complete.

  • Quality Assurance: Compare entered data with original documents to confirm accuracy, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.

  • Customer Support & Communication: Promptly reach out to customers to clarify document-related questions or resolve issues, ensuring all necessary information is complete.

  • Database Management: Maintain organized digital records, transmit entered information to the appropriate database, and file or distribute documents after processing.

  • Carrier Coordination: Collaborate with carriers to confirm documentation has been received and all compliance requirements are met in a timely manner.

  • Workflow Documentation: Maintain logs of completed tasks, supporting continuous tracking and workflow optimization.
