Research Specialist CJob Description Summary
Plans and conducts complex experiments to meet research project objectives. Performs laboratory experiments and clinical studies for product or material formulation and development. Oversee overall management of laboratory tool, documentations and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and timely completion of project/program deliverables. Closely collaborates with content experts to select assessment instruments. adapt existing instruments and develop new instruments and with Principal Investigator (PI) on experimental/clinical work set ups in accordance to established protocols. Responsible for team performance management and reviews.Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Design and carry out experiments independently
- Maintain general supplies for the lab
- Carry out trouble-shooting on experiments
- Write sections of manuscripts and progress reports describing research results
- Analyze and interpret data
- Maintain records of experiments
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
