We are seeking a tech-savvy change consultant who combines AI expertise with strong communication skills to drive digital transformation and user adoption of AI Tools across Ramboll. You will play a crucial role in guiding our organization through its AI transformation journey, helping us maximize the value of AI tools across the company.

What you will do

You will join the AI Change & Adoption Chapter in Ramboll Tech, where you will:

• Develop Training Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive training programs and engagement initiatives to build AI capabilities across the organization, including managing a thriving community of AI tool users.
• Lead Change Management: Guide teams through the AI adoption journey, developing best practices, measuring success metrics, and ensuring sustainable implementation of new technologies.
• Create Compelling Content: Craft clear, engaging materials and documentation to support AI adoption, from technical guides to executive presentations, making complex concepts accessible to various stakeholders.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, address challenges, and foster a culture of AI innovation while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

How you will succeed in your role

• You have a solid understanding of AI and the business value created by this technology.
• You bring substantial experience in change management and technology adoption, including successful track records in driving organizational transformation initiatives.
• You possess outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels, with expertise in creating compelling presentations and documentation.
• You have experience managing user communities and implementing knowledge-sharing programs that drive collaboration and adoption.
• You are a strong projects manager, with demonstrated ability to coordinate timelines, plan engaging workshops, and deliver successful adoption campaigns.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.
• You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you.
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office.
