ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Inspect various systems within a variety of houses (Inspecting attics and roofs, crawling into crawl spaces, taking off electric panels) within the framework of a Standards of Practice (InterNACHI) and/or State Licensing
• Understands the full and complete inspection process
• Effectively and in a friendly manner explains, helps, and reviews information and inspection findings to customers and agents
• Knows and understands inspection auxiliary services and how to education clients about them 
• Comfortable with technology, entering data into a tablet or computer, taking and uploading pictures, use of email and instant messaging communication
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree or greater 
• Bi-lingual a plus
