Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Developing and implementing concepts and long-term IT strategies while considering current market conditions and competitor analyses
• Supporting in the management of transformation programmes and further development of structures and processes within our CIO Office
• Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with departments across ADX as part of strategic projects
• Answering strategic and operational questions and acting as an interface between the CIO and other national/international departments
• Supporting the CIO in strategic decision-making by providing relevant analyses, recommendations and presentations
• Arranging and coordinating international senior management committees

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree or similar qualification, as well as experience in a comparable position or in management consulting
• Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
• Analytical mindset and the ability to process complex information
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
• Discretion and a high level of trustworthiness
• Independent and proactive work approach
