General Responsibilities
Supports operations and conducts data analytics work/projects to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development. Implements data standards and deploys automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics. Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements to develop needed reports/analytics.
- Utilizes scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.
- May work with a variety of stakeholders/departments to provided needed reporting and analytical assistance.
- May monitor and audit HUB database, contract expenditures, and/or infrastructure usage activities.
- Track and report on contracts, vendors, grants, etc. to include performance measures, terms and conditions, penalties and incentives, and cost savings.
- Monitors the implementation and expiration dates of contracts, including instructing the contract owner on when the agreement needs to be reviewed to ensure approval process deadlines are met.
- Reviews and administers reports and analytics regarding contractor performance, supply chain status, contract expenditures, purchase history, fleet management, warehouse activities, etc., for reporting to management, team members, and customers.
- Provides reporting to assist with the compliance of grants and contracts with the terms and conditions and all applicable city, state, and federal requirements.
- Evaluate business process effectiveness and efficiency and make recommendations for improvement.
- Perform all work safely in accordance with established safety policies and procedures. Comply with all safety and health standards and guidelines issued by management.

Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, a quantitative or equivalent field.
Experience
Three years (3) of data analytics related experience, including strong analytical and report writing skills. Ability to utilize scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards. Excellent Excel skills. Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and produce meaningful management-level reports.
