Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Participating Research Texas Medicaid Problems And Define Systematic Approach In Solving Issues And Recommending Resolutions. Planning And Coordinating Activities Of Departmental Projects Ensuring Goals Or Objectives Of Projects Are Accomplished Within Prescribed Time Frame. Developing User Procedures; Analyzing Reports And Providing Insight/Suggestions; Monitoring Standards And Procedures; Assisting In Training Others As Needed. Performing Data Analysis And Making Recommendations For Process Improvements.

Required Job Qualifications:

•  Bachelor degree and 3 years of Centennial Care and/or Medicaid experience researching, identifying, resolving discrepancies, problem solving, and project management OR 7 years claim adjudication/ administration experience in Centennial Care and/or Medicaid.

• 2 years project management experience.

• Experience in using data and analytics to identify opportunities, and drive improvements.

• Facilitation skills.

• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.
