Boeing Global Services is looking for a Senior Director, Commercial Mods. The Senior Director will be able to join the team from Long Beach, CA or Seattle, WA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Full P&L and customer accountability for BGS Commercial Modifications business

• Drive high customer satisfaction through engagement, collaboration of offerings, and high-quality, timely service delivery

• Establish and execute strategic objectives for customer offerings within Boeing

• Manage Program P&L, including R&D and capex implementation

• Provide input on cost of delivery, proposals, technical sales, and organic/inorganic solutions

• Drive innovation and technical development for advanced service offerings

• Oversee design, development, and life-cycle management of offerings

• Manage capacity, operations planning, and allocate resources to ensure successful execution of contracts

• Responsible for hiring, development, and training of team members

• Partner closely with enterprise functions including Engineering and Supply Chain to execute statement of work

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with internal and external customers

• Minimum 5 years of experience with schedule and budget management, development and integration of go to market strategies, customer communication and engagement experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish and execute on strategic plans and objectives

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments/targets

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives

• Demonstrate and models Boeing's Values and Behaviors

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget.
