Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager who specializes in Next Best Action (NBA) Decision Engine to join the team working anywhere in the US. Humana is on a mission to deliver simple, personalized, and empathetic health experiences. As the Lead Product Manager for the Next Best Action (NBA) Decision Engine on the MarTech Capabilities team, you will shape the future of marketing through the responsible application of AI, machine learning, and automation.

This role will focus on NBA as a capability, not just a platform—embedding decisioning logic and personalization rules into key use cases and channels across the member lifecycle utilizing Adobe and custom-built platforms. You will partner across IT, analytics, marketing, legal, and compliance to ensure innovation is both effective and ethical. You’ll also collaborate with the Enterprise AI team to evolve governance frameworks and establish reusable components that accelerate AI adoption across marketing teams.

Key Role Functions

Define Strategy & Vision

  • Own and evolve the NBA product vision and roadmap in alignment with enterprise growth, retention, and engagement goals

  • Translate strategy into actionable product capabilities, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams

Design Reusable Capabilities

  • Design NBA as a reusable capability embedded in priority journeys—defining logic templates, triggers, eligibility rules, and prioritization models that can scale across lines of business

  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and service design teams to define personalization rules, campaign logic, and success metrics

Execute & Deliver

  • Lead cross-functional squads through agile product development, prioritizing backlog based on business impact and member needs

  • Ensure NBA capabilities align with enterprise data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards

Test, Learn & Optimize

  • Establish test-and-learn frameworks to evaluate NBA effectiveness and evolve logic based on member behavior and campaign performance

  • Define and manage product KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate to maximize relevance and ROI of NBA activations

Evangelize & Influence

  • Influence and educate senior stakeholders across lines of business to advocate for NBA adoption and integration

  • Serve as a thought leader and internal evangelist for AI-powered decisioning, omnichannel orchestration, and personalization-at-scale

Only persons with authorization to work permanently in the U.S. need apply. EEO
