This team is comprised of technology-savvy individuals who have experience in digital marketing and know its value in driving company strategies. You will work with clients to strategize and drive business value from the platform and enable them to adopt &amp; scale-up in their maturity roadmap.</p><p></p><p>If you thrive in a focused, hardworking but exciting environment where your ideas will help to bring the Customer’s strategy to life, then we would love to meet you!</p><p></p><h2>What you will do:</h2><ul><li>Represent Adobe Consulting as an AEM Technical Consultant advising best-practice approaches and technical implementation for Adobe Experience Manager engagements</li><li>Coordinate with client teams and own the conversation to define use cases, goals, objectives to support the business needs</li><li>Build system and application artifacts to achieve defined digital experience and business needs</li><li>Engage and promote recommendations to client teams</li><li>Work within a high technically focused team to provide technical guidance in the design and planning of solutions with AEM</li><li>Effectively analyze complex project issues, devise optimal solutions, and facilitate the recommendations to the Clients and Partners</li><li>Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams</li><li>Contribute to Adobe’s AEM practices, collaboration channels and share valuable feedback for product improvement<br/> </li></ul><h2><b><span>ProfessionalServices-EMEA</span></b></h2><ul><li>Provide technical leadership to team members and mentor the technical focused team members</li><li>Occasional to regular business travel<br/> </li></ul><h2>What you need to succeed</h2><h2>Technical Skills</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s / Master degree in computer science, engineering or similar</li><li>Proven multi-year experience with Java/JEE, Sling Servlets, OSGi, JCR Queries, core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Felix</li><li>Deep expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, HTL, client/server-side scripting, Javascript, JQuery</li><li>Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, Unit Testing, GIT, agile methodologies, and software design patterns</li><li>Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication, and Performance Management is a plus</li><li>CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins</li><li>Good conceptual understanding of modern frontend frameworks technology like React, Vue.js or Angular</li><li>Forward-thinking in terms of knowledge of the latest web technologies trends<br/> </li></ul><h2>Consulting Skills</h2><ul><li>Drive conversations with peer levels at customers and partners</li><li>Strong in risk management and handle challenging engagement situations in a proactive way</li><li>Be a role model team members and support others</li><li>Self-organized professional who prioritizes your work schedule in a multi-engagement environment</li><li>Ability to involve other specialists in order to ensure success</li><li>Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English and German</li></ul><p>At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on <a href="http://www.adobe.com/careers/awards.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Best Companies lists</a>.
