An organization within Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems Sector, Microelectronics Design and Applications (MDA) is a leading innovator in advanced microelectronics design and fabrication. MDA is seeking a Sr. Principal Factory Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead. This position is located at the Linthicum, MD location.
What You’ll get to Do:
Define software and hardware integration strategy and develop test roadmap/plan for advanced digital platforms supporting manufacturing and fabrication of microelectronics
Support planning, design, development, and installation of manufacturing automation tools and services
Collaborate with solution providers and partners to verify capabilities satisfy program requirements
Design validation approaches to ensure the system fulfills its operational objectives and stakeholder requirements in its intended operational setting
Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW) and system requirements
Lead system engineering activities: trade studies, analysis of alternatives, requirement decomposition/allocation, requirement verification/validation, process development, roadmap development
Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Factory SEIT Lead:
A degree in a STEM area (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with a minimum of 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of experience with a master’s degree, or 4 years of experience with a PhD.
Able to drive execution of Statement of Work (SOW) components with vendors and work with a cross-functional team
Experience in systems or software development, integration, and test
