FP&A Senior Commercial Analyst

<p><b>About the role: </b></p> <p> </p> <p>The Senior Analyst, Commercial FP&amp;A is responsible for the preparation and analysis of accurate financial data (plans, forecasts, latest estimates, monthly reports etc.) and initial variance analysis &amp; support as well as the resolution of ad-hoc requests and analysis on all financial aspects of the business. This position involves close collaboration with many internal stakeholders.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Create, consolidate and present financial reports to management or other members of the finance function in order to support with business planning and business control within the organization</li> <li>Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with various departments, being actively involved in the planning process</li> <li>Develop analysis and management reports to support decision-making processes (e.g. KPI report, operations report, quarterly finance report)</li> <li>Proactively investigate automation opportunities and coordinate their realization with IT from idea to go-live and testing</li> <li>Identify and provide insights into movement between actuals, forecasts, prior year, latest estimates and budget, along with supporting variance analyses</li> <li>Support ad-hoc, time-sensitive analysis requirements</li> <li>Present periodic performance result</li> <li>Maintain compliance with processes and procedures, recommend corrective action when identified and maintain suitable records to demonstrate compliance</li> <li>Coordinate and distribute work to FP&amp;A junior analysts in other BC locations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>About you:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&amp;A and/or Reporting with obligatory accounting understanding</li> <li>Degree in Accounting or Finance</li> <li>Proficiency in English, both written and oral</li> <li>Data analytics and reporting skills</li> <li>Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools</li> <li>Good operational knowledge of MS Office software with advanced Excel skills (Tables, Pivot Tables, lookups variants)</li> <li>Experience with BI tools, SAP and Business Warehouse preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>We offer:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Employment on a regular basis in the sweetest company in the world.</li> <li>Annual bonus based on your work results.</li> <li>Lunch card to be used for groceries and restaurants.</li> <li>Private medical care in Lux Med (basic package fully financed by BC).</li> <li>Fit Profit sports card co-financed by BC.</li> <li>PPE: we care about your future, and we save money for your retirement.</li> <li>Cafeteria Program as a part of Social Fund.</li> <li>Group life insurance.</li> <li>Hybrid working model: min. 8 days in the office a month.</li> <li>As part of our work-life balance culture, we can start work between 7 am and 10 am.</li> <li>Free consultation with a lawyer once a quarter.</li> <li>Chocolate!
