Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the analysis and design phases of various projects, ensuring thorough assessment and strategic planning.
• Perform secondary assessments of client needs to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment with project goals.
• Conduct interviews with clients, documenting findings accurately for project records.
• Perform detailed gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
• Identify and document current and future state analyses, business process designs, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide valuable input into the development of the project, contributing to overall project success.
• Present status updates and recommendations to the Project Manager effectively.
• Interface with clients as directed, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Document requirements for business users or customers, engage in testing, and ensure user acceptance testing meets desired results.
• Assist in resolving problems as needed, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery in line with project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Process Mapping, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, and Process Design.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse industries and business situations.

• Skilled in writing well-structured and impactful recommendations.
• Clear and informative communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Ability to travel around the West / Southwest region of the US, as well as work in multiple client locations as needed.

Software Tools:

• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Project Server, and MS Office Suite.
