Overview:
The Web Analytics Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of web analytics tools and platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEP WebSDK, and Customer Journey Analytics. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in BI tools for reporting and a proven track record of working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the web analytics team in implementing, managing, and optimizing web analytics solutions.
Team with Marketing Analytics teams to develop and execute strategies to measure and analyze customer behavior and web performance.
Utilize Google Analytics, GTM, Adobe Launch, and AEP WebSDK to track and report on web metrics.
Potential future implementations of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Create and present detailed reports using BI tools to provide insights and recommendations.
Drive the adoption of best practices in web analytics and data governance.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality analytics solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience, with a strong focus on web analytics.
Extensive experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, WebSDK, and Customer Journey Analytics.
Proficiency in using BI tools for reporting and data visualization.
Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience with Customer Data Platforms in general, or Adobe RTCDP specifically, is helpful.
