Lead Software Engineer

You will drive Dual-Track Agile processes, contributing to the Discovery Track through rapid prototyping and feasibility validation, and leading the Delivery Track to ensure quality, traceability, and measurable outcomes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer who codes daily, prototypes proactively, and integrates AI/agent workflows across the software lifecycle—from analysis and design to testing, documentation, and code generation—while bringing the technical leadership to drive client engagements forward.
