Job Description

Responsible for keeping the buffet serving line and associated storage areas 
properly stocked, clean, and orderly. 

• Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom areas to replenish the buffet serving line. 
• Visually monitor to ensure that food meetings quality standards. 
• Deliver and store food in kitchen area; ensure food is properly rotated and kept in a neat, organized manner. 
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time for the majority of a shift. 
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds on a regular basis. 
• Must be able to work in an environment with varying levels of noise, 
• temperature, and lighting. 
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. 
• Must be able to wear designated sanitary items (e.g. gloves, hair restraints, etc.). 
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
