Talent Sourcer/Project Coordinator (Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Abbott is seeking a contract talent sourcer/project coordinator to be part of our in-house executive recruitment team that supports all divisions and business functions. This individual will be involved in activities including but not limited to- candidate research and lead generation, the organization and utilization of talent pools in our CRM database, and short-term projects that support executive recruiters. Operating out of the main building on HQ campus, this opportunity offers exposure to core elements and players of the Abbott enterprise.
This contract role would begin as an assignment through end of 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates and provide diverse slates of candidates
- Provide recruitment and customer service for multiple client areas
- Organize and ensure utilization of diverse talent pools in CRM database
- Support research and insights projects, as requested
- Deliver finished materials quickly and accurately via MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with recruiters and internal partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in a professional work environment
- Experience preferred in recruitment and sourcing
- Strong sense of self-motivation, anticipatory problem-solving, good judgement, and results focus
- Comfort and proficiency in using databases, online sourcing tools, MS Office tools, etc.
Candidates must be willing to work in-office most days of the week and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
