Administrative Intern

Actively integrates and applies health care principles and theories in an intern program to develop a broad knowledge of Our Lady of the Lake RMC operations. It is the responsibility of the incumbent(s) of this position to incorporate the Mission values and philosophy of the organization into all aspects of job duties.

1. Collaboration and Partnership
   1. Assist the Marketing Promotions Specialist in coordinating activities to support the raffles conducted by OLOLRMC.
   2. Assist the Children's Miracle Network Coordinator with all golf tournaments and fundraising events.
   3. Assists and attends OLOLRMC social events.
   4. Supports the activities of OLOLRMC as needed.
   5. Strives to develop positive relationships within the hospital and with any community agency, special interest or civic group assigned to complete the internship experience. Serves as a hospital representative when working with civic groups.
2. Departmental Operations
   1. Obtains knowledge of Foundation operations in an effort to gain an understanding of the department's role.
   2. Integrates and applies principles and theories, acquires knowledge of hospital regulations, policies, and procedures, and examines hospital organizational structure and behavior.
3. Other duties as assigned
   1. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Education:
High School Diploma and actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hospital/Health Care Administration or related field.
