A Day In The Life…

Petlab Co is looking for a proactive and passionate Clinical Trials Project Manager to join our team. Your role will be to lead and project manage Petlab Co’s clinical trials and associated programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an ambitious and enthusiastic team with plenty of scope for career progression and growth. Your day-to-day will look a little bit like this…

• Working closely with our VP of clinical Trials (who will be designing the clinical studies) and external partners (vet clinics, testing labs) you will lead on the organisation, preparation and execution of all in-vitro and in-vivo studies and trials to bring them to conclusion completely and timely.
• Conduct meetings with all relevant parties to report on progress.
• Establish and maintain project documentation and procedures.
• Develop risk mitigation plans including appropriate communication and escalation plans to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate closely with other core teams – NPD, Compliance, Regulatory, Content & Marketing.
• Manage the project finances in accordance with finance and external parties.
• Identify changes in scope and manage the change control process, as necessary.

Requirements

What You Need…

• Experience working in the Nutritional Supplement and/ or companion animal space preferable.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferable) in a relevant technical area (e.g. animal science and nutrition).
• Project Management experience, spesifically with setting up and executing in-vitro and in-vivo trials, reviewing and reporting on data and results.
• Proven track record of management of complex projects through execution, preferably with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, people development skills and learning agility.

• Experience in working with a range of outside partners to deliver project requirements.
