- Instrument Arrangement: Showcase your expertise in sorting and assembling instruments, creating the perfect orchestration for each procedure.
- Sterilization Expertise: Operate sterilizing units with precision, producing sterile products that significantly reduce the risk of nosocomial infections.
- Supply Management: Ensure the seamless availability of sterilization supplies and prep solutions, contributing to the smooth flow of surgical operations.
- Autoclave Oversight: Execute daily superhero duties by checking autoclaves and Steris Units with precision using biological indicators and air removal test kits, while maintaining meticulous logs and records.
- Continuous Learning: Keep your technical knowledge sharp, staying ahead in the dynamic world of sterile processing.
Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Certification Expertise: Have a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification
- Operational Excellence: Skillfully operate sterilization equipment, washer sterilizer, ultrasonic cleaner, flash autoclave, and high van autoclave.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills with fellow medical professionals for seamless operations.
- Instrumental Knowledge: Possess knowledge of basic and specialty operating room instrumentation.
- Endurance: Ability to stand for long periods while maintaining focus and precision.
