Responsibilities:
Provide an unrivaled customer service experience
Mentor others as your skillset expands
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Analyzing customer needs and expectations
Training staff to improve both service and sales
Analyzing data collected and generating reports for management
QualificationsQualifications:
Dealership experience preferred
Sales and customer service experience is preferred

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
