Job Overview

In this role, you'll lead our salon and staff with an upbeat attitude, delivering unforgettable, fun-filled haircut experiences for children and their parents.  You'll listen actively, communicate effectively, and ensure every client leaves thrilled and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, including staff management, scheduling, and shift preparation based on appointments and demand.
• Deliver stylish haircuts and top-notch services tailored to kids and families.
• Build strong customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Drive business growth through sales support, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and product offerings to keep things running smoothly.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold our high standards of fun and professionalism.
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, deposits, and financial tasks accurately.
• Maintain a spotless, safe salon environment in compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures every day.

Qualifications

• Hair stylist experience required; salon management or leadership experience preferred (but not mandatory – we'll train the right person!).
• Proven experience working with kids and families in a positive, engaging way.
• Valid Florida Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented mindset with a love for creating joyful moments.
