POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager, Professional Development, will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of robust professional development programs for educators. This position focuses on nationally accredited training opportunities in reading, math, and writing, as well as supporting instructional leadership through evidence-based practices. Additionally, the Project Manager will provide specialized training on Data-Based Individualization (DBI) and the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework, including the eligibility process for identifying students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD).
Please note: this role does not allow for any form of remote work, including telecommuting or hybrid arrangements. The nature of this position necessitates a consistent in-person presence. Prospective candidates should be aware that the responsibilities associated with this role require physical presence at the designated workplace in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field[official transcripts required upon hire];
- Five (5) years experience in education, with a focus on professional development and instructional leadership;
- Possession of a valid teaching certificate.
