As the Principal Service Delivery Manager, you’ll manage and coordinate complex HCM work packages and releases for our outsourced SAP S4/Hana ERP & integrated Systems, ensuring they meet organisational standards and are completed on time and within budget. Your job involves overseeing planning, coordinating resources, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth delivery of critical work packages. You'll also be required to interpret HR & Payroll related business processes into technical requirements and drive continuous improvement. Your role includes providing expert advice around the archiving and maintenance of legacy on-premise ERP Systems.
You will manager and balance competing demands from customers and stakeholders while maintaining momentum on long-term projects and adapting to changing priorities. Understanding public sector processes and building strong relationships across the organization will be key, as will finding ways to add value and resolve complex issues effectively.

What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualification in computer science or related field and/or recognised cloud and industry certifications.
