ROLE FUNCTIONS

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide variety of pastries and desserts.
• Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards set by the Pastry Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry area, following food safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development of seasonal menus and dessert specials.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering pastry supplies as needed.
• Help train and guide junior pastry staff in techniques and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Degree in Pastry Arts
• Knowledge of the English language
• Relevant experience in luxury hospitality
