Come joins us in developing a cognitive LegalOps team. We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our team in the role of CLM, Data & Automation Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in scoping and deploying Docker’s CLM platform and in operationalizing the department’s AI use and processes optimization strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the efficient design and configuration of document workflows through various functions and appropriate metadata capture. This position will require partnering with Docker’s Deal Desk, Sales, Compliance, Finance, data engineers, various other stakeholders across the company, and external counsel and advisors, to ensure alignment, coordination, and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the selection and deployment of Docker’s CLM platform as Docker’s contracts and related documents repository and system of record

  • Design and implement related document workflows from request through closure and archiving 

  • Implement and refine AI-driven strategies for legal data analysis, aiming to optimize contract processes and outcomes 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to surface insights on contract resolution and closure velocity and relevant metrics

  • Regularly report on contract processes performance and data insights to inform strategic decision-making

  • Partner with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to understand use cases and contribute to the development of a roadmap for future needs

  • Build trust with all stakeholders through regular communication, status updates, and timely task completion

  • Install software, recommend and configure delivery mechanisms, and ensure proper configurations

  • Track and communicate specifics on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and provide solutions to overcome roadblocks

  • Proactively stay up to date with the latest advancements in information technology to build expertise among colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in CLM system administration, automation, and/or LLM-AI project management within a business operations environment (for additional clarity, this is not a Contracts Negotiator/Administrator, Paralegal, or In-house Attorney role) 

  • Possess an advanced understanding of current information technologies, especially within document and data workflows and solution integrations   

  • Familiarity with modern data stack and processing technologies and concepts (e.g. SFDC, Ironclad, Looker, automated document review, etc.)

  • Knowledge of operating system software and software installation and configuration

  • Some experience in analytics and ability to visualize data and metrics through dashboards or other reporting tools

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Monday.com, Asana) and skilled in the underlying concepts and practices

  • Proven experience in CLM project management, deployment, and administration

  • Be proficient in working with the latest technical support and be capable of performing advanced problem-solving independently

  • Strong ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals and align data initiatives with the overall company and team strategies

  • Excellent verbal communication and written expression 

  • Adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of driving results
