Job Purpose

Main Responsibility is for returnable stainless steel tote contracts and billing.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain and close returnable tote contracts in SAP.
• Maintain emails assigned in offshore email account and respond accordingly.
• Uploading completed shipping & quote documents to a SharePoint site.
• Submit Invoices on customer portals.
• Complete customer requests for copies of COA, SDS (Safety Data Sheet) & other shipping documents.
• Backup Customer Service
• Finish other  tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.

High-level of communications skills (written and verbal) in English required.

Must be proficient in Computer skills.

Must have two-three years in office experience and Customer Service.

SAP Knowledge preferable.
