THE JOB:

Step into the kitchen at Din Tai Fung, located inside the iconic ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. As a Cook, you’ll help craft signature dishes like expertly steamed dumplings and hand-pulled noodles, delivering the authentic flavors that define our global reputation.

You'll be responsible for precise food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized station, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll bring tradition and excellence to every plate.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following the recipe

• Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow

• Assist in the creation of daily specials and new menu items

• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the proper care and maintenance of kitchen equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Background in Asian cuisine

• 1 + years experience in the kitchen

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time

• Experience working in similar resort setting

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
