The Finance team is seeking a Senior Accountant in this fast growing, globally distributed company. This role will report to an Accounting Manager based out of Colorado, United States.

What You'll Do:

• Perform reconciliations for payroll and benefits-related and other general ledger accounts, including investigating variances and resolving reconciling differences
• Work on commission related accounting entries including deferral
• A key player in supporting a timely, accurate and reliable global month-end close
• Assist in preparing the monthly reporting package, providing insight to business trends and variance analysis to senior management
• Maintain general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations
• Support both internal and external audits
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA credentials are preferred
• 5 years of accounting experience with high-growth tech public company
• Experience in working with Payroll and benefit related accounts, Commissions, PTO
• Advanced Excel skills and deep experience working with NetSuite
• Prior experience with Big Four preferred
• Experience with Alteryx preferred
• Experience with Xactly/CEA a bonus
• Outstanding attention to detail coupled with an ability to see a bigger picture

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.  This role does not have a variable compensation component.  

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.  In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below. 

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.  

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
