As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based remotely in the state of Ohio.

Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Software Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following:

- Application Support & Platform Stability (ICE MSP)

Provide Tier 2/3 engineering support for ICE MSP-based lending applications, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution across loan origination, servicing, and default modules.

Partner with ICE, infrastructure, and operations teams to monitor system health, manage releases/patches, and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs.


- Integration, Enhancements & Technical Delivery

Design, develop, and support custom integrations and extensions to ICE MSP using APIs, batch processing, and middleware to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to deliver enhancements, perform impact analysis, and ensure changes align with enterprise architecture and lending technology standards.

 

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
