About the role
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Market Research: Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products & service sector.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Payment: Ensuring timely payment collection from direct business & through distributor.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align:justify;">· Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and production dept for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
