About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented  Administrative Assistant (EA) to support the Project Management Office, RF R&D, and the Santa Rosa, California R&D team within Emerson’s Test & Measurement Business Group. This role is critical in enabling executive effectiveness in a fast-paced, global organization as well as general development administrative site support. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer, trusted partner, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs, and brings a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and operational excellence.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide administrative support to the PMO, RF R&D, and Santa Rosa Site teams.
  • Drive efficient workflows, systems, and operating rhythms that improve leadership effectiveness.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and related administrative processes
  • Purchase office and lab supply as needed
  • Create recognition packages for project team
  • Manage travel budget as requested by project team
  • Proactive manage Santa Rosa facilities for product development efficiency
  • Coordinate Santa Rosa team events
  • Use Microsoft tools to archive and to share training material (video, slides, documents)
  • Continuously optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Communicate with global product development team as needed for PMO Governance
  • Schedule executive meetings

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting global leadership teams across multiple time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role
