We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. You will manage client communications, coordinate service delivery, and work closely with internal teams to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and communications

• Manage orders, updates, and follow-ups with precision and professionalism

• Resolve client concerns and provide timely, effective solutions

• Maintain accurate client records and service documentation

• Collaborate with internal departments (design, logistics, sales) to ensure timely delivery of services

• Provide input to enhance client experience and internal processes

• Prepare service reports and assist in client account reviews

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in client service, account coordination, or administrative support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
