Learn and grow with our ExoPeople around the world to help turn your ideas into a reality.</p><p> </p><p>We are looking for an <strong>experienced and entrepreneurial Product Owner</strong> to design and scale our <strong>robotic conveyor system: Skypath</strong></p><p><strong>Your missions :</strong></p><p>This role sits at the crossroads of <strong>software, robotics, and industrial systems</strong>, and requires strong leadership to drive both <strong>product vision</strong> and <strong>execution</strong> across multidisciplinary teams.</p><p>You will have <strong>direct responsibility for a software squad</strong>, working in agile mode, and <strong>indirect leadership of a robotics team</strong> (mechanics, electronics, embedded software)through a dedicated project leader — while remaining accountable for the <strong>entire product perimeter</strong>, priorities, and outcomes.</p><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Lead the software squad and robotics squad</strong>, and ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.</li><li><strong>Define, own, and communicate a clear product vision</strong>, measurable outcomes, clear added value, fully aligned with Exotec’s global strategy</li><li><strong>Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap</strong>, translating strategy into realistic action plan for software and robotics teams.</li><li><strong>Drive end-to-end product coherence</strong>, from embedded software to higher-level integration layers and customer-facing functionalities</li><li><strong>Ensure synchronization with other Exotec products</strong>, anticipating and managing dependencies across teams.</li><li><strong>Represent the product</strong> in front of internal &amp; external stakeholders, providing insights on progress, risks, trade-offs and needs.</li><li><strong>Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales/Solution Engineering, and Marketing</strong> to ensure a flawless go-to-market and successful customer deployments</li><li><strong>Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and use data</strong> to continuously refine the roadmap and drive product discovery and improvement.</li></ul>
