Be yourself &amp; more at H&amp;M.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>As part of a team of 6 people, you will be responsible for the payroll of our 2,000 employees (Belgium and Luxembourg). This involves transparent recording, efficient control and correct transmission of all payroll-related information, in accordance with legal requirements, instructions and company policy. You will be working with SD Worx's eBlox software.</li><li>You will be responsible for the roll-out of several new programs in collaboration with business tech department.</li><li>As project responsible you will support and coach your colleague with new internal tools.</li><li>To do this, you work closely with human resources managers and regional managers, providing them with your knowledge of social legislation and personnel administration.</li><li>You regularly check that all your instructions are being followed in your stores. For example, you check personnel files, in-store planning and communication with staff members.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>You have previous relevant experience as a Payroll Officer.</p><p>You have experience in Belgian social legislation. Knowledge of Luxembourg legislation is an asset.</p><p>You are service-oriented and work meticulously. For you, change is a challenge rather than a problem.</p><p>You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy implementing and optimizing projects. </p><p>You are discreet, have integrity and work well in a team.</p><p>Your are fluent in French and/or Dutch (with a good knowledge of the second national language) and you have an advanced knowledge of English.</p><p>Knowledge of the retail sector and the use of a planning tool are assets.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our offer </strong></p><ul><li>A full-time, open-ended contract.</li><li>An attractive salary package including meal vouchers, group insurance and DKV insurance.</li><li>An extra week's vacation and 6 days' RTT (35/36) over the year.</li><li>Discounts on all your personal purchases in our stores.</li><li>Hybrid work.</li><li>A pleasant, professional working atmosphere.</li></ul>
