Job Description
THE POSITION:
As an HR People Operations Specialist I you will have the opportunity to process and support data transactions within various HR administrative tasks to help achieve a great employee experience from beginning to end within the employee lifecycle. Leading new hire processes is a pivotal responsibility, ensuring smooth activities within the HRIS and a flawless start to an employee’s career at EVERSANA. Within this role, you will also help establish repeatable processes, collaborate with many internal stakeholders, and use your critical eye for detail to ensure data integrity in our HRIS while helping support multiple client groups within the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved through the following activities:
- Executes HR-related transactions in areas of hiring, onboarding, employee data changes, compensation, benefits (tuition reimbursements, bonus payments, etc.), and terminations.
- Monitors timely completion of employment paperwork and eligibility verification (I9).
- Responds to unemployment insurance claims.
- Presents company and benefit orientations and helps answer new hire-related questions.
- Collaborates with internal partners (i.e. payroll, HRBPs, etc.,) to ensure successful outcomes when clarity is needed, when information needs to be actioned, or when its essential for issue resolution and addressing concerns.
- Escalates HRIS and procedural issues when they occur.
- Ensure clean data is entered into the HRIS.
- Delivers a great customer experience with high levels of service, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Develops and maintains process documents, communication templates, orientation materials, etc.
- Continuously seeks and shares opportunities for ongoing improvements.
- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- Exhibits a positive can-do attitude with a team player mindset.
- Participate in additional duties and/or project work as required to support HR Operations and overall business needs.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel: Less than 5%
- Hours: Full-time role, Monday - Friday (8am-5pm, EST or CST time zone)

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business-related field preferred (may consider equivalent years of HR related work experience in lieu of a degree).
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR environment.
- Attention to details is an absolute must.
