This role oversees end-to-end production and validation activities, ensuring all products meet applicable quality, safety, and performance standards. The Supervisor will drive execution, support continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a team responsible for both build and test operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise battery production and testing activities, ensuring compliance with established work instructions, engineering requirements, and quality standards</li> <li>Oversee cell receiving, inspection, processing, cycling, grading, and matching prior to pack assembly</li> <li>Manage mechanical and electrical assembly operations, including cell integration, electrical connections, and final pack build</li> <li>Supervise battery testing processes, including cell-level and pack-level electrical and functional testing</li> <li>Ensure accurate execution of test procedures, proper data collection, and traceability of test results</li> <li>Partner with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve production or test failures</li> <li>Oversee critical manufacturing processes such as welding, marking, adhesive application, and controlled curing processes</li> <li>Coordinate personnel across assigned shifts to meet production schedules, cost targets, and quality objectives</li> <li>Maintain 6S standards, housekeeping, and operational effectiveness within assigned production and test areas</li> <li>Support employee onboarding, training, process audits, and skills development to meet departmental and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Motivate, coach, and engage team members to drive performance, accountability, and collaboration</li> <li>Support achievement of operational metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in
