Summary

The successful candidate will provide project management, integration, and requirements management support to the Sponsor’s Cloud Focus Team, with a particular emphasis on Google Cloud Platform.

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with the Sponsor’s Cloud vendors, particularly Google

• Working with Cloud vendors, particularly Google, and the technical members of the Sponsor’s Cloud Focus Team, to develop solutions, improve capabilities, and meet requirements

• Managing requirements, to include coordinating and facilitating exchange meetings or forums to determine/validate requirements and ensuring tasks are performed according to agreed-upon plans

• Preparing and presenting requirements documentation, status reports, data calls, deliverables, and briefings

• Serving as one of the primary interfaces between the Sponsor and Cloud vendors, and engaging in/facilitating two-way communication

• Documenting and maintaining IT system information in Sponsor’s custom repository

• Maintaining consistent, proactive, and timely communication with Sponsor management and other stakeholders

• Collaborating with internal technical teams, Cloud vendors, ISSMs, and management to build relationships and achieve objectives

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies

• Strong project management, requirements management, systems integration, and/or systems engineering experience.

• Exceptional relationship building skills, and the ability to drive toward solutions in a collaborative manner

• Strong experience gathering, writing, tracking, and managing technical requirements/workloads in a complex environment

• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and communication to multiple stakeholders, while managing expectations appropriately

• Experience with project management and other software suites, such as JIRA and Microsoft Office products

• 10+ years relevant experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Master's degree can replace 1 years of experience; and/or any relevant certification can replace 6 months of experience

Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies

• Previous Cloud experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) strongly desired

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Experience working in a mission environment and/or with many different types of data

Security Clearance Required:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
