Process Execution Senior Analyst

About the role:

The GDA COE’s Process Execution Sr.Analyst role will be responsible to ensure COE business processes are consistent and efficient. This role is accountable for Assets, Tools and Vendors support, organization structure and roles optimization, monitoring and improvement of functions & people performance,   leading Talent sourcing & readiness by streamlining hiring, promotion and talent development processes.

Job Responsibilities:

■    Partner with the Field, CoE Operations, Finance teams and external vendors in planning, executing and monitoring the CAPEX procurement process, streamlining and standardizing the process, identifying opportunities for efficiency
■    Ensure the efficient process of assets maintenance based on operational needs such as service, repair, scrapping and transfer 
■    Monitor and support the hiring approval policy, ensure that the end-to-end  GDA fulfillment process works flawlessly in compliance with SLA, support the relevant KPIs maintenance, provide the relevant and consistent training to teams  
■    Govern and monitor the relocations, adjustments & promotions process, ensure that the end-to-end  GDA fulfillment process works flawlessly in compliance with SLA, support the relevant KPIs maintenance, provide the relevant and consistent training to teams
■    Govern and monitor the performance and talent  management process, following up and providing training & support during performance planning process and ensure timely completion, ensure that all Talent Management tools, processes and systems are up & running
■    Govern and monitor the Global International Business Travel process, ensure that the end-to-end  GDA fulfillment process works flawlessly in compliance with SLA
■    Ensure resources databases are maintained accurately and reflect the org structure
■    Partner with vendors and Global Tech solutions team in identification and certification process for new data capture devices 
■    Designing & implementing Optimal Structure within GDA

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education (degree): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Masters’ degree a plus.
• Experience: Already working as Sr. Executive or Sr. Analyst OR have been working Analyst or Executive for 2+ years within any function in NielsenIQ GDA with good performance ratings.
• Competencies & Skills:
  • Solid oral & written communication skills: Analysts often communicate with other professionals in the company, including managers, QCTEs, tech support engineers and other analysts. They also communicate with other functions so excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
  • Excellent vertical & horizontal Coordination skills
  • Critical thinking skills: Analysts use critical thinking skills to solve problems, make decisions and develop solutions. They use these skills to evaluate data, identify trends and develop solutions to improve processes.
  • Good organizational, planning and project management skills: Flexibility, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
  • Proactive approach, ability to execute projects with minimal guidance and supervision
  • High level of quality/accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and/or remotely.
  • Be a part of the team– highly motivated, energetic, resourceful, and friendly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office tools, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
