Senior HRIS Analyst

<p>&nbsp;</p> <div> <p>IMA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will serve as a key technical resource responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of enterprise HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep HRIS expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.</p> <p>This position will play a critical role in supporting our current HR systems while helping to guide IMA through a strategic transition from UKG to Workday over the coming years. The successful candidate will take ownership of system configuration, reporting, security, testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing system improvements.&nbsp;</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Administer and maintain enterprise HR systems and related processes.</li> <li>Configure and support HCM functionality, business processes, security roles, workflows, and reporting.</li> <li>Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.</li> <li>Develop, validate, and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data integrations.</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root-cause analysis to resolve problems effectively.</li> <li>Lead testing efforts for system releases, upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.</li> <li>Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and operational stability across HR technology platforms.</li> <li>Document system configurations, testing results, business requirements, and support procedures.</li> <li>Support change management and user adoption initiatives related to HR technology enhancements.</li> <li>Contribute to HR technology strategy and future-state system implementations.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience administering enterprise HRIS or HCM platforms.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li> <li>Experience supporting system configurations, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and data management.</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to work with confidential employee, compensation, payroll, benefits, and HR data while maintaining high standards of security and integrity.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Workday experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Experience with Workday HCM, business processes, security configuration, reporting, calculated fields, integrat
