Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running efficiently? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician in our Houston, TX location to play a key role in maintaining and improving the equipment and infrastructure at our facility.

In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems to ensure our operations run safely and efficiently. Whether you're troubleshooting an urgent issue or performing routine preventative maintenance, your work will directly impact efficiency and safety.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Visually inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on a variety of machinery and equipment, including CNC machines, boilers, autoclaves, and forklifts.
• Dismantle defective machines, install new or repaired parts, and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime and production delays.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical apparatus, pipe systems, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, and automated machinery such as robots and programmable controllers.
• Operate machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, milling) and cutting/welding equipment to fabricate and repair machine parts, jigs, and fixtures.
• Develop and maintain TPM programs, support lean manufacturing and 5S practices, and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Train team members, handle material requisitions, complete CMMS work orders, read schematics and drawings, and perform general maintenance on shop equipment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
