Job Summary

This position is responsible for supervising an operational unit in subscriber services. This position is responsible for supervising, planning, directing and coordinating project activities across the enterprise with internal areas on projects that impact provider servicing levels. Responsible for supervising project planning, technical analysis, managing project teams, and communicating to business stakeholders. Responsible for supervising project implementations to be cost effective, high quality and timely. Supervising and/or facilitating educational outreaches for all internal and external provider touchpoint and/or support areas. Collaborating development and delivering of various communications for the provider community. Ability to travel.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Business and 3 years’ experience in a leading position OR 4 years business experience and 4 years’ experience in a leadership position with sound decision making skills.
* Experience in developing/leading and inspiring employees.
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Budget experience.
* Knowledge of the health care industry.
* Knowledge of contract benefits, claim processing, and inquiry procedures, system logic and the processing system.
* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes

* Experience with Government Prior Authorization (Medicare/Medicaid)

Base Pay Range

$53,500.00 - $118,100.00
