As an Account Manager, you will have a significant voice in shaping the direction of our agency. Work Schedule: This is a 39-hour work week position: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Lines clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• This role is both client-facing and producer-supportive, requiring strong relationship management and coordination.

• Maintain a valid Texas P&C insurance license—applicants must already possess this license upon applying.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expertise and guidance

• beyond just pricing.

• Identify coverage gaps and provide risk management solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize cross-selling and upselling strategies to enhance client protection and agency revenue.

• Accurately manage customer accounts, service requests, and policy changes in our agency management system.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ensuring clarity in policy explanations.

• Uphold precision and attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions.

• Support agency producers by assisting with client communications, policy processing, and coverage recommendations.

• Maintain a collaborative team environment, supporting both clients and producers with respect and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Personal Lines Account Manager role or a similar insurance position.

• Valid Texas P&C insurance license (required: applicants must already hold this license).

• Strong customer service and retention skills, with a passion for serving others.

• Proficiency in insurance software, MS Office, and emerging technologies.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
