What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate batching equipment to produce high‑quality concrete safely and efficiently.
- Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Coordinate with drivers and plant team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Complete routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to operate industrial or automated equipment safely and reliably.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Competence in basic computer entry and recordkeeping tasks.
- Capability to perform physical tasks and work in varied outdoor conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
