Position Summary: The Parts Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the delivery of parts of retailers in multiple states. Travel will be required Monday – Friday, potentially some weekends. 

Duties / Responsibilities: 

·        Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments. 

·        Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners. 

·        Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull. 

·        Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled. 

·        Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.  

·        Documenting and processing orders for shipment. 

·        Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery. 

·        Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis. 

·        Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations. 

·        Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved. 

·        Creating individual process to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience. 

·        Other duties as assigned. 

·        Deliver parts to customer/retailers 

Qualifications: 

·        High School Diploma or GED equivalent

·        Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines. 

·        Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers 

·        Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel 

·        Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred 

·        Thorough knowledge of job-related policies 

·        Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report request

·        Must have a clean driving record

Physical Demands: 

·        Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. 

·        Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. 

·        Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. 

·        Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
